What is a Yoni Egg???

We get asked all the time why the name YoniSisters- it was just something we randomly called the other person when we were excited about something womb health related. Like ordering a new egg, or finding a new product—we’d text the other person: YONISISTER!!!!!!!!!! So when we decided to go on this blog/podcast journey it was only fitting we use that phrase as our name.

This is just a quick introduction to what Yoni Eggs are and their many uses! We will add more specific blogs posts about them, how to use them- kegels exercises and meditative uses.

Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the vagina, also known as the womb, divine passage, and sacred temple. Yoni Eggs are gems/crystals carved into an egg shape and polished to be worn inside the vagina. They are used to heal your womb, strengthen your mind and spirit, and strengthen (tighten) your vaginal walls. 

We have listed a few of the numbers benefits that you will experience if you use your Yoni Eggs regularly:

You will get to know your Yoni closely and can start developing loving relationships with it, your entire body and ultimately yourself. 
This practice not only allows for tightening of the vagina wall, but also awakens the tissues, organs, muscles and increase sensitivity. This will enable you to experiencing pleasure you did not know was possible. If you never experienced vaginal orgasm before it might change very soon if you are practicing diligently. If you have experienced a vaginal orgasm after using the Yoni eggs it will be so much more than you’ve experienced before.
