Mess Free Diva Cup Removal

Check out Tay showing us how easy and mess free the Diva Cup is!

I almost forgot...

I've totally been slacking on my personal posts for YoniSisters but I wanted to make a post about starting 'The Goddess Body Cleanse'. I've done this cleanse once before and loved it. I have some major physical healing coming up after my next procedure I wanted to go into it having detoxed so I can give my body the best environment to heal :)

Here is some information from GoddessBody.org about the cleanse.

The wondrous benefits include:
  • clear skin issues,
  • weight loss (waste) releasing 5-45 pounds,
  • enhanced energy levels,
  • Eliminates parasites & worms,
  • Balances female related organs & hormones
  • regulates menstrual cycles
  • less painful menstrual cycles
  • regulated blood pressure, cholesterol etc.,
  • regularity of bowel,
  • Enhanced mental acuity, focus, & concentration
  • eradication of cravings (especially sugar, junk food, etc.),
  • & much much more!

Your Goddess Body Cleanse©™ includes ALL of the following:
  • Healthy Yoni™ Herbal Blend
  • Mind & Spirit  Herbal Blend
  • Cleansing Herbal Blend
  • Belly Buster Botanicals™ Herbal Fiber Blend
  • Eating Regimen, Plant based Meal Plan, & Directions Packet
  • Tea Infuser for brewing loose herbs
  • Tote to carry all Detox Essentials

I started this cleanse a couple days ago and I must say this time it was easier to do after being fully vegan, the last time I was in transition and it was harder to keep with the "strict" diet.

Since I have to go in for this LEEP procedure I am doubling up on the Healthy Yoni Herbal Blend because, according to it's creator, Angela, "it contains plants that help to tone, nourish, strengthen, and rejuvenate the cervix. It facilitates general healing by enhancing regeneration of the cells of these organs." Since I will have about the size of a nickel cut off of my cervix I wanted to make sure that I am giving it the best environment to heal.

So that's just a quick update on what I've been up to aside from all the YS things we've been doing.

#YSSavorySaturdays

Goooooood Morning Queens!!! Okay so today is #YSSavorySaturdays in which we will be featuring information & recipes that will aid in womb health (and other things we feel fit the category lol).

While researching what I wanted my first post to be about I came across an image of an avocado and a baby in the womb. I think we’ve all probably seen a similar image floating around somewhere. It lead me to hours and hours of research about avocados and their benefits for womb health. Avocados - love them or hate them this fruit is AMAZING when it comes to womb health.

Now I must say I am NOT a health care professional and all this information was found during my research, I’ll post my resources at the bottom. Always consult with your doctor when making changes to your diet to make sure they are safe for you! I want this post to be informative so parts of it might get a little boring but I’m basically condensing 5 hours of research into one post LOL.

So the thing about Avocados I wanted to focus on here is Folate: aka Vitamin B9, aka Folic Acid. Folate occurs naturally in foods, while folic acid is the synthetic form. Folate is essential for human growth and development, along with many other benefits- I’m not going to list all the benefits y’all can check the links but trust me when I say many other benefits lol.

Women able to get pregnant need 400 to 800 mcg of folate every day, even if you’re not jumping on some peen for a baby right now ya still need ya folate Queen!!! ðŸ˜‚😂😂

Pregnant Queens need more folate because it supports the growth of the placenta and fetus, and helps to prevent several types of birth defects, especially those of the brain and spine.

Breastfeeding Queens need around 500 mpg/day and those women who have had little ones with birth defects of the brain or spine need extremely high levels (4,000 mcg) of folate if they are trying to get pregnant again to help lower the risk of those birth defects.

In addition to our body’s general need for Folate, there have also been studies that prove folate can help protect against ovarian, cervical, and other cancers and also help with fibroid tumor growth. Diets rich in fruits and vegetables have been associated with reduced risks of many womb health deficiencies that can occur. YoniSisters are a total advocate for a plant based diet y’all- you will see that soon enough ::cough:: challenge coming soon ::cough::

Now that we know why we need folate in our lives lets talk about how to get it. Yes— you can take Folic Acid supplements but if you’re like the YoniSisters; natural is always better! I will link an article at the end that list several food high in Folate. But here are a few so you can get an idea: Spinach, Collard Greens, Asparagus, Broccoli, Oranges, Strawberries, and of course Avocados!

I also read some interesting things about eating the avocado seeds themselves but there isn't too much legit research out there to confirm it's benefits so I'll leave that up to you to decide if you want to try them. I will tell ya- I'm totally going to give it a go- I'm just interested in seeing what the seed tastes like more than anything LOL.

So I decided to whip something up using some of the foods high in folate as today's recipe … it sounded good in my head when I was putting together the ingredients for the smoothie. After testing it out (Friday night mind you this post was “due” Saturday lol) everything came together nicely and the smoothie was quite delish!

Avocado, Spinach, Pineapple, Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Avocado
1 cup/handfull Spinach
1 cup Pineapple
1/2 cup Coconut Milk

Directions:

Take all your ingredients and blend them until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

More specifics on what I did:

I always freeze some fruits as I cut them to have them on hand for smoothies, so my pineapples were frozen. IMO it gives the smoothie a nicer texture when you always have something frozen. The coconut milk I had was freshly made by me a few days ago but you can just as easily use your favorite brand of coconut milk. You could also use coconut water, almond milk, or your other favorite smoothie liquid i just wanted the most Folate for my buck so I went with coconut milk. I also like my avocados a little on the harder side for smoothies I think they have a better texture but its my preference so go with what you know lol.

Folate Nutritional Information:

1 Avocado - 163 mcg
1 cup Spinach - 58.2 mcg
1 cup Pineapple - 29.7 mcg
1/2 cup Coconut Milk - 16 mcg

Total Folate in this smoothie is: 266.9 mcg. This is over HALF of your daily recommended value of Folate ladies!!!

If you give this smoothie a try use the hashtag #YSSavorySaturday and let us know how you liked it! We want to feature some of you ladies on YoniSisters.com and Instagram!

**Update (well sort of I finally made it after writing this post):
So the smoothie doesn't taste like much, I mean is REALLY good to me but "blander" than I thought it would be LOL. It's slightly avocado tasting, a little sweet thanks to the pineapple, and not much coconut flavor. The smoothie is also pretty thick- depending on your preferences you may want to use 1 cup of coconut milk. I also decided to try making a smoothie bowl with it because of the thickness- I added coconut flakes, dark chocolate covered chia seeds, and sunflower seeds (also high in Folate lol). This smoothie bowl was DELISH!!!! I think I found a new go-to!

What is a Yoni Egg???

We get asked all the time why the name YoniSisters- it was just something we randomly called the other person when we were excited about something womb health related. Like ordering a new egg, or finding a new product—we’d text the other person: YONISISTER!!!!!!!!!! So when we decided to go on this blog/podcast journey it was only fitting we use that phrase as our name.

This is just a quick introduction to what Yoni Eggs are and their many uses! We will add more specific blogs posts about them, how to use them- kegels exercises and meditative uses.

Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the vagina, also known as the womb, divine passage, and sacred temple. Yoni Eggs are gems/crystals carved into an egg shape and polished to be worn inside the vagina. They are used to heal your womb, strengthen your mind and spirit, and strengthen (tighten) your vaginal walls.

We have listed a few of the numbers benefits that you will experience if you use your Yoni Eggs regularly:

Increase libido and awaken your sensuality.
Increase natural lubrication.
You will get to know your Yoni closely and can start developing loving relationships with it, your entire body and ultimately yourself.
This practice not only allows for tightening of the vagina wall, but also awakens the tissues, organs, muscles and increase sensitivity. This will enable you to experiencing pleasure you did not know was possible. If you never experienced vaginal orgasm before it might change very soon if you are practicing diligently. If you have experienced a vaginal orgasm after using the Yoni eggs it will be so much more than you’ve experienced before.
Promote increased circulation of blood flow, they help with overall improvement of the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and vaginal floor.
Overcome some issues with infertility.
This practice will aid with child birth and can help prevent tearing. If you gave birth it will help repair damaged nerve endings and recovery.
Reduced PMS, menstrual cramps and the duration of the menses.
Improve overall health and well-being.

Yoni Sister Review: Yoni Oil

hey sisters!

we're back with another review on an amazing product. one of my personal favorites the Yoni Oil.
before i begin, here is a snippet from Angela Elizabeths website telling you a little about her liquid gold.

YONI OIL® is the ultimate female healing & preventative oil formula!  It is the answer to ALL female complaints and maladies!

“Yoni” is the ancient Sanskrit word for divine feminine energy, the womb, female birth canal, vagina, etc.

The vagina IS optimally self cleaning & self maintaining WHEN one consumes a healthy diet, plenty water, and regular showers/bath with natural/mild soap (outside and throughout labia but not in vaginal canal). HOWEVER if any or a combination of these good health & hygiene practices becomes lacking, a woman may succumb to ill vaginal health

With the addition of  YONI OIL® in your daily hygiene practice, you add the power of naturally occurring plant based feminine herbs, oils & minerals to AID THE BODY in NATURALLY restoring vaginal flora balance, also assisting in the healing & PREVENTION of excess bacteria from sweat/workouts, intercourse, yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, itchiness, & malodor.

Simply apply YONI OIL® to your vagina after shower or bath.  YONI OIL® can also be used as a STELLAR female lubricant & utilized for overall antimicrobial issues from head to toe (scalp & skin ringworm, dandruff, athlete’s foot etc.)
*Do not ingest large amounts, due to the presence essentials oils.

ok, now let's dive into these pro's and cons.

PROS:
  • smells amazing (not over powering at all) and lasts all day long.
  • for everything that i can use it for, it is priced fairly.
  • it is in fact a great lubricant, with it's natural ingredients you dont have to worry about the possibility of breaking out or disrupting that PH balance.
  • it keeps my skin soft, smooth and hydrated (more about that below)
  • yeast infections? this will totally clear it up. (been there, done that)
CONS:

  • i honestly dont have a con for this product. i wish it came in maybe a smaller size for traveling purposes...but that's an easy fix at the travel section in target haha!

quick story about the yoni oil. close to about a week ago i had messaged Jackie and told her that i was done with deodorant. i woke up one morning and had a sore arm pit. it felt like a rug burn, but in my pit. there wasnt a lump or anything (thank fully) but i needed a solution and not wearing deodorant wasnt going to cut it. so Jackie suggested i slap some yoni oil on my pits. i remembered seeing on Angela's site that it could be used all over the body, but i never thought to use it 'there'. well low-and-behold sisters, i have been deodorant free for a week and i dont plan to go back. yoni oil is my new go to. there's no burning, itchiness or irritation. in fact like i said above my pits are smooth! oh an that burning sensation ...that was gone within a few days. dont believe me? try it for yourself.

overall, yoni oil will definitely be one of my all time favorites. with its numerous uses, and amazing scent one cant help but rave about it.

if you've given this product a try, let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. also visit Angela’s instagram for product testimonials and much more!

until the next review😘   (Tay)

Jackie's June Intentions

Focused

Specific crystals I’m focusing on for June: Green Adventurine, Kambaba Jasper, and Purple Flourite

Confession: if it wasn’t for Tay I would have totally missed June’s new moon! I was so busy YS and GBV that I had completely forgot about setting my intentions for the month. Luckily, I got a text from Tay that exclaimed I need to check out a video posted on IG about the new moon- so I did, and after watching the clip I was EXCITED to set my intentions for the month!

Like Tay I will not list everything I wrote down- but I have set the intentions and spoken them aloud. My top three June intentions are:

TRUST YOURSELF
I Will Not Be Defeated
Just Keep Posting

Trust Yourself:
Loved this post from Alex Elle
May was just the worst month ever for me! Literally it will go down in my history as a month I will never forget. After everything that  happened I was feeling so down and out and doubted all of my choices that led to the results of what happened in May. But as I was thinking about what intentions I wanted manifested in the up coming month and for my life I realized that my self doubt would get in the way. I’ve always had great intuition and trust my gut instinct but love blinded me and I wasn’t going with what I knew in my gut to be true. So, my main June and beyond intention is to never let anything make me doubt myself again!

I will not be defeated:
I am starting over a lot of aspects in my life and this time I will not let anything stop me from getting what I deserve and work so hard for. There are some things that I will have to go through until they are over but I won’t be defeated by them- I will be stronger because of them.

Just Keep Posting:
I want YS and GBV to be successful and I know that starting these types of ventures the growth process can be slow but it will happen as long as I (we) just keep posting! So, even if I (we)  have one person view this or a thousand; I (we) will just keep posting.

Okay so the last thing I will share with you is what I call: Wishes for my friends. I feel like I can’t make/set intentions for other people- that is something they have to do for themselves and works towards them BUT I can send well wishes and positive vibes their way!
Wish for Rena:
I wish her booth will be successful and sell out in the first month!
Wish for Chantay:
I wish that her networking skills pay off for her financially and MSRL gets even more buzz! Sell that Applesauce girl!!! :)

Yoni Sister Review: The Diva Cup

Before we get started we wanted to let y’all know writing a review is harder than we thought it would be. There are so may things we could write about and we definitely don’t want to leave anything out. So here it goes and we hope you're ready- you have to be if you're here with the Yoni Sisters right?! lol

So a little information about The DivaCup straight from them:

The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped menstrual cup that is worn internally and sits low in the vaginal canal, collecting rather than absorbing your menstrual flow.

Diva Cup Features:
  • 12 hour leak-free protection!
  • Made from the highest quality healthcare grade silicone to assure comfort and durability.
  • Does not contain any of the following: latex, plastic, PVC, acrylic, acrylate, BPA, phthalate, elastomer, and free of colors and dyes.
  • Reusable and eco-friendly - no waste, no chemicals.
  • Features extra grip ridges for easier removal.
  • Cleared for marketing by the US FDA and is the only ISO 13485:2003 certified menstrual cup in the world.

We wanted to give a short sweet low down of the cup before sharing our personal testimony about them. So we will talk about the things we get asked most about when telling our friends about The DivaCup.

Price: The DivaCup ranges from $25 - $30+tax depending on where it’s bought.

Quality: The DivaCup is the only menstrual cup that is ISO Certified which basically means: the DivaCups have reached a regulatory standard for quality of medical devices aka this is top of the line silicone as far as menstrual cups go.

Ease of use: The DivaCup is not without its learning curve but once you find your fold style and the right position for insertion, it’s no harder than inserting a tampon. If you don’t have experience with tampons then it’s really no more difficult with putting a yoni egg or something else ;) in. LOL

Worth it: Yes, the initial cost of The DivaCup is much higher than their toxin laden alternatives but one cup can last you years (We’ve read some women have had their cups for 10+ years). Now we do want to say that The DivaCup’s website recommends that you replace it once a year but it also states that it is solely up to personal preference.

Where to buy: The DivaCup can be bought online via amazon/target/lunapads or in stores walgreens/cvs/target

Pros:

  • Safe for your Yoni: since it is chemical free the DivaCup there are no chemicals being absorbed into your bloodstream! In addition there is no risk of TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome)
  • Saves you money: After the initial cost of buying your first DivaCup you really won’t need to buy another one unless you feel it is necessary.
  • No odor: Every woman knows the smell of their period, especially if they use pads, the odor comes about when air hits the menstrual blood that’s when it starts to smell. Since the DivaCup traps the menstrual blood in the cup it doesn't come in contact with the air thus no more smelly period ladies
  • 12-hour protection: Ok so that’s pretty self explanatory. Not having to worry about changing a tampon/pad for 12 will NEVER BE A THING, but with the DivaCup it is. Oh and guess what ladies you can sleep wit the DivaCup in as well!
  • Keeps your yoni flora happy: The DivaCup doesn't disturb your natural ph-balance like tampons/pad can so if you're prone to yeast infections/bacteria vaginosis using this menstrual cup can help to lessen those problems.

Cons:

  • Learning Curve: Not gonna front it does take a bit to get used to inserting and removing the DivaCup but once you get your groove you will not even worry about it again.
  • Cleaning in public: So yeah, you don’t have to empty your DivaCup as often as you would change a tampon/pad but if there happens to be a time you need to do so in public it’s a little difficult. A solution to this could be getting two cups and using a ziplock bag to store the used cup until you can clean it properly.
  • Sizing: The sizing on the DivaCup is confusing…there isn’t much difference between the two sizes but if you buy one and it doesn’t fit (leaks all the time) then you’re out that money since there is no returns/exchanges on this product.
  • Comfort: The DivaCup is larger and sits lower in the vagina than a tampon and some women have a hard time getting used to the feeling of it. While it might not be uncomfortable it is just noticeable and can be considered a con.

Jackie’s Testimonial:

Tip: If you are interested in trying a menstrual cup but are worried about the price of this one there are NUMEROUS other ones that are pretty much the same as the DivaCup in shape and size that are around $10. So grab one of those and give it a try, if it is something you can live with then invest, and I do mean invest because The DivaCup can be with you for years!

The first time I used the DivaCup I did very little research I pretty much just dived right in. I went to CVS knowing I was buying one, the sizing did throw me off a little but I decided to go with a size 1 even though I was over 30. I just want to stress that you know your body better than a company’s recommendations; so if you know you’ve been doing your kegels and haven’t pushed out a baby you could use a size 1 if you felt like it. When I get it home the first thing I do is disinfect…I boil some water and pour it in a mason jar and let the DivaCup chill in there until it cooled to the touch. After that I washed it with my homemade castile soap dilution which is like a 5% soap to 95% water. Now before I hear it, from those stick to the rules kind of people, I know it says on the DivaCup site not to use oil-based soaps :*eye roll* chile please: the DivaCup Wash as orange oil in it so really…just really?! You don’t need to sell me something else after getting my $40 okay! So with the proper dilution you can use that soap and you’ll be fine…my DivaCup is going on two years old and looks brand new.

Okay so it’s time to put this sucka in; I was so happy when my period started on a weekend so I could just chill at home for the test run lol. I sit on the toilet and think that the “pinch down fold” (photo on the left)  is what will work best for me I put it in and it seemed like the fold never opened up so I did the whole 360 degree rotation thing it said to do and then I felt it release. I wasn’t sure if it was in right so I decided not to take any chances and I use a liner just in case. To my luck it was in right and there was no leakage! At first I noticed that I felt the DivaCup the entire time it was inside me…it was not uncomfortable nor did it hurt in any way but it was just something I could feel inside my vagina. So I go a couple hours and I’m thinking that there is no way this thing isn't full of menstrual blood yet so I decide to take it out and check. Well, it was maybe 1/4 full so I empty it and wash it out with warm water and rinse it very well, then back to square one with the insertion. Still using the pinch fold but this time I decided to insert it a little further up in the vaginal canal thinking that could give the cup more room to release it’s fold. That worked like a charm, and I even noticed it a little less. I let it go 6 hours before checking it again and I’m still only like 3/8ths full so I know now that I could probably go the 12 hours and not need to empty the cup.

So I go to take it out and since I put it in further I had to reach up there more than before, I was thinking my fingers were going to come out looking like a scene from Carry but NOTHING! I had minimal -like basically none- blood on my fingers and even the outside of the cup didn’t have much blood on it either! I was soooooo surprised- that was my BIGGEST pet peeve about tampons (until I learned they are so toxic), I hated getting period blood on my hands. I repeat this process and it’s time for bed now. No leaks at all!!! Man I was so excited about this menstrual cup thing I was telling all my friends after day 1 how awesome it was! Of course they didn’t want to hear it but I was singing it’s praises. Now when I use it I just change it when I take a shower (one after my workout and one before bed) and sometime I even forget I am on my period this darn thing makes like so easy!

Chantay’s Testimonial:

ahhhhh, the DivaCup. i really cant say enough great things about it. before i purchased my cup i did tons of research on it. i watched dozens of videos, some of them more than once LOL. i ran across a video that was explaining how she had to learn how to get her cup in properly so she felt secure she wouldn't leak. (cant remember if she leaked though) so when i heard that i figured when i got mine in the mail, id wash/prep it accordingly and then start using it BEFORE my period came so i could get the awkwardness out the way, and that’s what i did. I'm glad i took this route because it really takes some time getting used to. you have to make sure you’ve put it in correctly, as well as how to take it out. can you imagine going the whole work day with your cup in and you take it out wrong? you could drop it in the toilet, or spill the contents all over your hand/pants or worse….the floor! I'm being extra i know but it could happen LOL. so practice does make perfect.

cleaning my diva cup is pretty basic. at night before bed i wash it with hot water and some black soap. let it air dry while i shower. insert and go to bed. in the morning, ill dump and rinse and reinsert. at the end of my cycle i will wash with black soap inside and out. i have a special bowl in my bathroom specifically for my cups that i will add boiling water to and i sit them in the hot water for about ten mins and i place them on the freshly washed diva cup carrying pouch to air dry. (i wash the pouch with my laundry). once dried i place it back in it’s pouch and set it in the clean bowl for the next time.

Final Remarks: Over all the DivaCup is amazing! We definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

Jackie, 32
AAAAAAHHHHHHH! Y'all I'm so excited that we finally have the site up and running!!!! First, I hope everyone reading this has their chakras aligned and is in good heath! I'm totally excited to be writing my first post for Yoni Sisters. Here is my, not so brief, introduction behind wanting to start Yoni Sisters with Chantay (check out her other site too, it's amazing!)- lets jump right in!

Three months ago (March 2016) I go in for my annual exam and I get hit with some news...I am HPV+ and the HPV strains (18/45) I have are high risk for cancer. When I got that phone call my brain was scrambled, I mean when you hear the words 'cancer' and 'you might have' in the same sentence it really freaks you out!

I've never had an abnormal pap smear before and when I heard this news I was devastated, I couldn't get it out of my mind that I had cancer. I was also quite embarrassed about having HPV because it's not really something you hear talked about among friends, social media, and even in the doctors office-- until you have it. I was pretty uneducated about HPV outside of the general information, which honestly, was a part of the reason I was embarrassed about it.

When the nurse called me to tell me my pap smear results, she also told me to make an appointment for a procedure called ‘Colposcopy’ as soon as possible. UGH- hearing that I needed a procedure as soon as possible just turned all the flies buzzing around in my head into hornets lol. The first available appointment was two weeks out and I just knew that I was going to go stir crazy waiting. Thank God for my best friend, Jennifer, she was definitely a bright spot during all of this. Jennifer is a CRNA, her medical background and being able to quickly talk to doctors for me and getting answers to my questions really made me feel a little more at ease about things.

I'm the type of person who needs information. I needed to know:
What my body is going through?
What is HPV exactly?
How you can get it?
What do the strands of HPV I've tested positive for mean?
Will I have cancer one day?
Do I have cancer now?
How does this effect my chances of having children?
If I have cancer, will I need chemotherapy?
Will I need a hysterectomy at some point in my life?
What if I never have children???

Pretty much all of the, 'What the heck is going on with me?’ kind of questions kept racing through my mind. I kept thinking why me- I've always been very selective on who I've been with and use protection so just why, why me?! I needed time to process all of this, it was just so much. Okay back to the story and enough of my “freak out” moments lol.

When I first found out this news, I didn’t tell many people. I told my parents, my best friend, Chantay, and two other friends: J&T. I didn’t know what was going to happen but I needed people who would be strong and help me through whatever  is necessary.

So it’s colposcopy time…I’m freaking out while waiting in the exam room. Thanks to my friend texting me the whole time, while telling her boss to buzz off, and this microscope type thing that kind of looked like a cute robot, both of those things made it better. The Colposcopy itself wasn’t painful-- you know how you always think things will be worse than they actually are. (If you ladies request it I will write up a detailed post about my experience of the  procedure.)

More waiting……the Colposcopy is over and I have to wait TWO MORE WEEKS for the results of the biopsy. The waiting is really the worst part! So, I got the phone call with my results and was told to make an appointment with my doctor so she can explain everything and talk about the next steps we need to take. I’ll keep y'all posted on what happens.

Okay so now after that super long backstory we can get to more about the origins of Yoni Sisters. I’ve always been protective of my yoni and selective about who’s energy I transfer with with. I’ve also always been interesting in what’s going on between my legs so exploring the ins and outs of my vagina is something I consistently  do. Heck, during my colposcopy I made the doctor take a picture of my cervix so I could see what it looked like before and after the procedure! Knowing your yoni is so important.

Chantay and I have known each other for a number of years via social media but we have yet to meet. (That will change this summer and I cannot wait to meet my Yoni Sister!!!) It was SO REFRESHING to know someone who feels the same way I do when it comes to learning more about all things yoni and womb health related. During the past year we bonded even more as we started exploring the world of healing crystals in the form of Yoni Eggs. Things that we found interesting and tried to share with some of our other friends had them looking at us like: "you’re crazy" and "you’re putting what 'up there'- girl bye😒?!” So when I got the news about my abnormal Pap smear results I hit her up (well actually told her to call me and she’s got a funny story over on her post) and said we need to share our "Yoni-sations" (yoni conversations). We need a platform to share everything we've learned, the things we experienced while using yoni eggs, and let our podcast being a starting point for more conversations amongst women about womb health. We are here for the sisterhood and nothing will be taboo on Yoni Sisters!

Thanks for reading our blog and staying tuned for our podcast!
